Talent Acquisition Freelancer hos Management Events

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded freelance recruiter, with proven track record of full life-cycle recruitment experience to support our Talent Acquisition team our company growth targets.
You can be located anywhere and decide yourself how much projects you want to take for yourself.

What would you do:

  • Work independently with your own recruitment assignments:Manage full recruitment process from sourcing candidates from various channels for hiring
  • Build your pipelines through sourcing
  • Work closely with our recruitment team
  • Help to increase to our company growth target

What helps you to be successful:

  • Previous experience in recruitment for commercial roles
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Being candidate focused with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and preferably one of the following: Finnish, Swedish, German or Dutch.
