We are searching for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) who can transform an industrial market leader into version 2.0. As CHRO, it is your responsibility to deliver and execute the strategic HR plan to support PolyTech management team, business growth and people engagement for +900 skilled employees worldwide.
It will be your job to define, implement and operate HR-practices throughout the organization, and drive day to day performance and long-term strategic goals through effective people management. The job requires you to network effectively in a global organization to build solid links into PolyTech’s organization and become a trusted sparring partner for the executive management and leadership team. You will build and lead a global HR function (+10) of HR-professionals across all locations, and you must set the HR standards with own actions and behavior.
The role as CHRO demands extensive experience as HR executive from an ambitious and international full value chain organization. It is expected that you have a proven track record in delivering results and leading HR teams in fast-growing industrial and global businesses.
You are a business driven, intelligent, straightforward executive with a holistic view and holds a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Human Resources and Labor Law or equivalent. Your ambitions are high, and you possess an entrepreneurial mindset and solid cross-cultural understanding.
