You will have the commercial responsibility to carry out in collaboration with our customers. You play a central role as the primary responsible for the daily deliverables towards the customer and as part of NNIT's delivery organization around our services. This includes development, operation and support of our servicers towards our customers. You will use your professional skills to ensure NNIT deliverables are of the right quality and your communication and social skills to keep the customers well informed and satisfied with NNIT.

Your job is to you coordinate, plan and delegate tasks and make sure that the motivation in the team is high. Furthermore, part of your job is to encourage and support collaboration and knowledge sharing in the team.

You have the daily responsibility for managing Service Level Agreements within Life Sciences for different customers. We work according to ITIL and GxP processes and you contribute to the ongoing optimization of our deliverables and processes.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Daily contribution to alignment of deliverables in the SLA portfolio.
  • Preparation and participating in planning and status meetings with customers, and report on progress, issues and status in general.
  • Proactively advise on and propose value adding tasks to be executed and implemented within budget and timeframe.
  • Identifying and initiate activities to optimize SLA profitability on an ongoing basis.
  • Planning and coordination of activities and tasks. To allocate resources globally, estimate and follow up on time consumption and on service levels and KPIs
  • Being responsible for daily coordination of activities in a global delivery team, and contribute to building international competencies in the team

You have several years' experience in handling customer relationships successfully and you thrive in this extroverted role with commercial responsibility. You will be supported by an organization with skilled and dedicated specialists who, like you, are passionate about delivering quality to our customers.

You will be part of the Life Sciences Outsourcing team
You will join a department with about 150 professional colleagues in both Denmark, Czech Republic and China. We deliver services and solutions of high quality and act as trusted advisors towards our customers. You will be working in an environment that values development. Thus, you will initially get a mentor, and we will make sure you strengthen your competences in our own Life Science academy throughout your employment.

Your qualifications and experience
You have several years of successful experience in a similar role within IT services. You have a good advisory mindset and are used to having commercial responsibility and a customer-facing coordinating role. We expect you to have project management experience - ITIL certification and GxP experience is considered as an advantage.

Our solutions and services are delivered out of our HQ in Denmark and our office in China and Czech Republic. It is an advantage that you have proven experience of working in an international environment.

As a person you are positive, outgoing and a team player. You thrive in a busy environment with multiple tasks that must be handled at once. You communicate clearly in Danish and English, in both written and spoken, and you have the ability to build strong relationships both with our customers and within NNIT.
