As a student you might know the felling of guilty conscience or lack of motivation, and you are not alone with these feelings. In this presentation we will provide you with some specific tools which can help you structuring you daily day and make you more aware of, when and how to recharge you batteries.

Study life balance means putting enough effort into your academic work while also taking time to enjoy the social, sporting and cultural aspects of being a student
