How do you manage challenging situations like new beginnings, corona restrictions, stress, exams and the like?

There are various tools - like structuring your day, having breaks, doing exercises, asking for help as well as mindfulness and meditation.

This webinar gives you super cool perspectives on meditation ranging from science to personal experiences of taking a step back from your thoughts and emotions by learning to observe. You will also be introduced to a technic that you can implement straight after.

The speaker is DTU graduate Emil Christian Stillhoff Jensen, MSc in physics and nanotecnology
