Your mission

As Relationship Manager you are responsible for the futher development of the business in line with VeroTech's values and mission. This job offers you the opportunity to combine your business development and sales skills with the management of a team of consultants.
  • You develop the business plan for your region together with the Business Unit Manager and you make sure you reach your set targets.
  • You identify, prospect and close new business opportunities within your region.
  • You manage and maintain your existing client relationships in order to provide a good follow-up to the VeroTech consultants working at the client as well as to define new project opportunities with the client managers.
  • Together with our recruiters, you identify the ideal candidates for the projects at your clients.
  • You provide a close follow-up to your team of consultants in order for them to provide high-level services to your clients.

As Relationship Manager, you work in close collaboration with our team of recruiters, as well as with your colleague Relationship Managers.

Your experience

  • Ideally, you have a background in (Business) Engineering.
  • Your previous experience in sales, business development or account management is definitely an asset.
  • You have a profound interest in technology and innovation, as well as in sales and people.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills help you in maintaining long-term relationships with your clients and consultants.
  • Your entrepreneurial mindset drives you to reach your targets.
  • You are a pro-active, positive person who know how to open doors and build bridges.
  • You speak fluently Dutch and English and a good knowledge of French is definitely a plus.
