We are seeking a tech-savvy, business-focused student that is goal-oriented with the ability to clearly articulate goals and assume the role of a Junior Associate to help us in our fast-growing practice.
The NewTech service line was established in the fall of 2016 to bring KPMG to the forefront of technology innovation in the Nordics. KPMG NewTech drives both the strategic and the implementation agenda for all things related to Robotic Process Automation (RPA), machine learning, the Internet of Things, conversational AI blockchain and quantum computing. We focus on constantly evolving our tech offerings while maintaining high quality.

Junior Associate role
As a Junior Associate at KPMG NewTech, you will work to ensure that our consultants’ daily work with clients and KPMG’s internal processes work smoothly. The role requires structure, dedication and responsibility and is appreciated by everyone in the team as it eases a significant burden on the team’s consultants. In addition, you will be involved in exciting customer projects with the chance to participate in our strategic sales decisions. You will have the opportunity to think creatively to find ways to optimize our internal processes. Our team works with many different types of technologies and services, so you will gain broad exposure to the exciting digital changes happening in the business world.
Your typical activities will include:
- Collaborating with the team to develop high quality services for our clients, in addition to ensuring quality and compliance
- Providing support with administrative tasks related to sales opportunities and active projects
- Managing internal projects
- Planning and facilitating events and workshops for the NewTech team and the rest of KPMG
About you, our newest team member
First and foremost, you have a well-structured working style. This means that you handle tasks with responsibility and perform them with care.
In addition to this, you are:
- In the 1st or 2nd year of your bachelor studies
- Fluent in English and Danish
- Highly independent with a driven approach to work
You have excellent communication skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. You can work 15-20 hours per week, including a regular sales meeting on Mondays from 17:00-18:30.
