Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience of working closely with UXD/UXR/UXE.
  • Experience with core technical capabilities and concepts, and experience working closely with engineering teams on solutions.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Analytical mindset and creative skills.
  • Effective communication and product storytelling skills.

Responsibilities


  • Evolve and build out Graph to improve the accurate understanding of what people are working on across Alphabet.
  • Identify opportunities and collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, and other cross-functional team members to define, design, evaluate, build, and launch improvements to Atlas and Graph.
  • Partner with the team to lead and facilitate the adoption of the concept of a team as a primitive across Google.
  • Define critical user journeys and build solutions for them across our products.
  • Focus on landings, driving adoption and responding to user feedback to ensure Google’s business needs are met.
