What You Will Do:

  • Calibrate, troubleshoot, inspect, and service all Bioquellequipment

  • Provide technical support for customer related failures, breakdowns and problems

  • Ensureall service-relatedrecords, including customer calls and emails aredocumentedin Sales Force

  • Perform service, warranty work, training and validation as needed for customers

  • Communicatewith clients to ensure ongoing awareness oftechnicians’activities and equipment status while on site and at least one week prior to arrival

  • Supportthe sales teams withcustomer quotesand technical questions

Position Details:

  • Candidate must reside in: Baltimore, MD Metro area

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, including occasional weekend work

  • Weekly overnight travel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Highschool Diploma or GED

  • Two years of work or Military experience

  • Ability totravel 90% of the time

  • Candidates are required to be vaccinated in accordance with industry standards

  • Musthave valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

  • No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to complete pre-employment assessments including a physical, lift and/or carry 50 pounds and drug screen

  • Personal protection: Personal protection equipment (PPE) may be worn on customer sites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical SchoolorBachelor’sdegree

  • Electronics or Electrical background
